Duration and updates to terms of service

DEAL reserves the right to set the costs of products, services, creations, fonts, and font software, at yearly intervals. In principle, the licensing of products, services, fonts, or font software from DEAL is on a yearly basis for a yearly fee. DEAL reserves the right to alter the conditions of the yearly licensing agreements, however, it sees fit unless parties have agreed otherwise. Whenever DEAL alters the conditions or the prices of its products, services, fonts, or font software, such alterations function as Annexes to prior agreements.

For the 2023 and 2024 calendar years, the following conditions are set:

The price of font licensing based on the EULA is 60€

The prices for derogations to the EULA:

• The price of font licensing for Display Licenses: 60€
• The price of a Student License: 30€
• The price of a Trial License: Free of charge
• The definition of a Small Company: 2—5 persons
• The price of a Small Company License: 120—300€
• The definition of a Medium Sized Company: 6—12 persons
• The price of a Medium Sized Company License: 360—420€
