Display License

This agreement concerns derogations to the EULA, for the licensing of a font, or font software, for use by the client solely as a display typeface. Use of a font, or font software, as a display typeface, excludes the use of the font of the font software for extended passages of text. Making available products, services, fonts, or font software under the Display Licensing is at the full discretion of D-E-A-L. D-E-A-L reserves the right to define the conditions under which products, fonts, or font software are made available under Display Licenses (e.g. limited character sets, glyphs, etc.).

If you license a font to be used only as a Display typeface, the following derogations occur: see Annex II.
