Font Software

Software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generate typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by D-E-A-L in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

Personal or internal business use

Use of the Font Software for your customary personal or internal business purposes means you use it for personal or your business uses only, precluding any distribution whatsoever of the Font Software or any component or derivative work thereof. It includes the use of the licensed products, services, fonts, or font software by persons that are members of your immediate household, your authorized employees, or your authorized agents (which will be considered employees for derogations purposes).

Agreement

The agreement is taken to mean any and all contractual obligations and terms and conditions existing between D-E-A-L, you, your agents, and any and all relevant third parties. These include, but are not limited to, the introductory remarks and guide to the reader, the EULA, the derogation contracts for Display Licensing, Trial Licensing, and Student Licensing, Small and Medium Sized Company Licensing, Collaboration Agreements, and any and all of its Annexes.
